We will send your jewelry as soon as possible. The exact shipping date is noted at the top right of the invoice as the "delivery date".

Individual pieces of jewelery have a longer production and delivery time and can be found on the invoice.

 

The insured shipping within Germany is 6.99 EUR.

Insured shipping within the EU and Switzerland is EUR 14.99.

We also ship to other countries, please inquire about these costs in advance.

We ask you to pay for your order as soon as possible, as we reserve the item for you when we receive your order. This reservation is valid for 7 days.

 

We only send in advance.

Right of return / cancellation

 

Individual productions are made as soon as we receive payment and can then no longer be revoked. Just like individual orders that have a longer delivery time.

 

You can cancel your regular order with us within 14 days of receipt and send it back, the purchase price will be refunded within 10 working days.

 

Shipping costs are not reimbursed and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If a regularly ordered bridle is tried on, the browband cannot be exchanged and a test fee including cleaning of 25 EUR will be charged.

 

An exchange for another size is always possible, but to be clarified with us beforehand.
